Throughout my journey in life, I have been blessed to learn many lessons, which have instilled in me the desire to cultivate and share these gifts of love, spiritual health, and well being. This was strengthened by raising four unique and beautiful children, and I am now a grandmother! As a result, I have grown as a mother and an individual dedicated to holistic living.
